Terms & Conditions

Definitions                                                                                                         seller refers to the website owner - the person to whom the order for the purchase has been given. Buyer refers to the person or organization placing the order. Goods or services refers to the product(s) for which the buyer has placed an order for with the seller.

Payment                                                                                                               All payments are due upon completion of order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped. The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment.

Shipping Policies                                                                                             Shipping will be paid for the buyer in the amount calculated by the seller at the time of purchase, unless free shipping is being offered by the seller. If an item is damaged during shipping, the seller will not be held responsible.

Returns 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

If you do not receive your order within 60 Days, we reserve the right to send the product a second time before issuing a full refund.

Cancellations

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

 

 Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
